Crocheted with fingering weight cotton 8/4 ply it will be a square of 40 by 40 cm (17 by 17 inches).
Using a patterns twice two different ones makes a pillow. Make them all and you will have a blanket
 
You get nine different patterns for the price 7 pounds, that is less then one pound a pattern
Each square needs two contrasting colours, approximately 300m, 320y colour A and 300m, 320y of colour B for one square
